【摘要】:ThispartoftheIEC61400-25seriesspecifiestheinformationmodelsrelatedtoconditionmonitoringforwindpowerplantsandtheinformationexchangeofdatavaluesrelatedtothesemodels.Figure2illustratestheinformationflowofasystemusingconditionmonitoringtoperformconditionbasedmaintenance.Thefigureillustrateshowdatavaluesarerefinedandconcentratedthroughtheinformationflow,endingupwiththeultimategoalofconditionbasedmaintenance–actionstobeperformedviaissuingworkorderstomaintenanceteamsinordertopreventthewindpowerplantdevicetostopprovidingitsintendedservice.Conditionmonitoringismainlybasedonthefollowingkindsofinformation.·Timewaveformrecords(samples)ofaspecifictimeintervaltobeexchangedinrealtimeorbyfilesforanalysis(e.g.acceleration,positiondetection,speed,stressdetection).·Statusinformationandmeasurements(synchronizedwiththewaveformrecords)representingtheturbineoperationconditions.·Resultsoftimewaveformrecordanalysisofvibrationdata(scalarvalues,arrayvalues,statisticalvalues,historical(statistical)values,countersandstatusinformation).·Resultsof,forexample,oildebrisanalysis.Itisthepurposeofthisstandardtomodelconditionmonitoringinformationbyusingtheinformationmodellingapproachasdescribedin6.2.2ofIEC61400-25-1andbyextendingtheexistinginformationmodelasspecifiedinClause6ofIEC61400-25-2,theinformationexchangemodelsspecifiedinClause9ofIEC61400-25-3andthemappingtocommunicationprofilesasspecifiedinIEC61400-25-4.
