【摘要】:ThispartofISO6721describesaforced,non-resonancemethodfordeterminingthecomponentsofthetensilecomplexmodulusE*ofpolymersatfrequenciestypicallyintherange0,01Hzto100Hz.Themethodissuitableformeasuringdynamicstoragemoduliintherange0,01GPato5GPa.Althoughmaterialswithmodulioutsidethisrangemaybestudied,alternativemodesofdeformationshouldyieldhigheraccuracy[i.e.ashearmodeforE′<0,01GPa(seeISO6721-6)andaflexuralmodeforE′>5GPa(seeISO6721-3orISO6721-5)].Thismethodisparticularlysuitedtothemeasurementoflossfactorsgreaterthan0,1andmaythereforebeconvenientlyusedtostudythevariationofdynamicpropertieswithtemperatureandfrequencythroughmostoftheglass-rubberrelaxationregion(seeISO6721-1:2001,Subclause9.4).Theavailabilityofdatadeterminedoverwiderangesofbothfrequencyandtemperatureenablesmasterplotstobederived,usingfrequency-temperatureshiftprocedures,whichdisplaydynamicpropertiesoveranextendedfrequencyrangeatdifferenttemperatures.
