【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsfortheconstructionandtheinstallationofradiobiologicalshieldingdevicesusedasventilationpassagesthroughshieldedenclosureswithconcreteorleadedwallstoprotectagainstgammaradiation.ThisInternationalStandardappliestoallshieldedcontainmentenclosuresusedforhandlingradioactiveproductsormaterialemittingpenetratingradiation(gammaorneutrons)insuchquantitiesandofsuchemissionratethattheseproductsmustbehandledremotelybehindashieldingwall.Typically,theenclosuresconsideredcoveralltypesofnuclearfuelcycleinstallations:reprocessingplants,hotactivitylaboratories,plutoniumsolutionhandlingfacilities,shieldedcells,wastestorageinstallations,etc.Itcouldeventuallybeappliedtoparticleaccelerators,primarycontainmentofresearchreactors,fusionresearchreactors,radiographicinstallations,neutrongenerators,etc.However,pressurizedvessels,sealedsources,transportpackagingforradioactivematerials,aswellasenclosures,primarycircuitsandvesselsofnuclearpowerplantshavebeendeliberatelyexcludedfromthescopeofthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesgeneralanddetailedprincipleswhichshallberespectedwhendesigningventilationpenetrationsforshieldedenclosures.Thesespecificationscanbedividedmoregenerallyintotwocategoriesofguidance,whichapplytothetwofollowingsystemsofventilationpenetrationsforshieldedenclosuresalreadyinuse:—thefirstcorrespondingtothemostimportantconventionalsystemsusedworldwide,and—thesecondcorrespondingtoanalternativemethod,calledthe"castironhelixtechnique".
